Refund policy

At Prime Edge Hair Co., we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Store Credit Only - No Refunds

All approved returns will receive store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to your original payment method. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for store credit, your return must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Hair bundles, wigs, and extensions must remain in sealed packaging
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, styling, cutting, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or unsealed hair products
  • Used or worn items
  • Clip-ins, tape-ins, or any extensions that have been applied or installed
  • Hair care products, lashes, and accessories that have been opened or used
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info@primeedgehairco.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship items back using a trackable shipping method (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)

Return Approval Process

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
  • Store credit has no expiration date and can be used on future purchases
  • NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances
