At Prime Edge Hair Co., we are committed to getting your premium hair extensions and products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
- Flat rate: $6.99
- FREE on orders over $100
Expedited Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
- Flat rate: $12.99
Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
- Flat rate: $19.99
Overnight Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
- Flat rate: $29.99
Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location:
- International orders may take 10-21 business days for delivery
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes
- International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can track your package using the tracking number provided
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update
SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us immediately
DELIVERY
- Packages are delivered Monday-Saturday (depending on carrier)
- A signature may be required for high-value orders
- If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions
- We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve lost or damaged shipment issues
ORDER DELAYS
While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume during sales or holidays
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for international orders)
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up from the carrier:
- You will be responsible for reshipping fees
- Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages
- Store credit may be issued minus original shipping costs and restocking fees
P.O. BOXES
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. Expedited and Express shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
HOLIDAYS
We do not ship or process orders on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
